These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Immerly platform ("Platform", "Service"), operated by Immerly sp. z o.o., ul. Księdza Duszy 5c/18, 47-303 Krapkowice, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001227845, NIP: 1990135885, REGON: 544209345 ("Company", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Immerly is an online platform for English language teachers and language schools. The Platform provides interactive lesson plans, auto-graded homework, conversation exercises, learning paths, student management tools, and analytics dashboards.
The Service is designed for professional use by teachers and educational organizations. It is not intended for direct use by students under the age of 16 without supervision of a teacher or guardian.
To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Account types include: Solo Teacher (individual teacher account), School Admin (organization administrator), School Teacher (teacher within an organization), and Student (invited by a teacher). Students do not register directly — they are invited by their teacher.
You agree not to share your account credentials, create accounts using false information, or use the Platform for any purpose other than English language education.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial period.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Solo Teacher plans are billed monthly at the current published rate. School plans are priced per active teacher seat, with custom pricing available upon request.
All prices are displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days advance notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Upon cancellation, your account and student accounts will retain read-only access to historical data for 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to English language education. You may not:
— Use the Platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Platform content or code
— Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission
— Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
— Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' access
All lesson plans, exercises, images, and other educational content on the Platform are the property of Immerly sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for teaching purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content outside of your direct teaching activities. Screen sharing during live lessons is permitted and encouraged.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
Teachers who invite students are responsible for ensuring that student data is collected and used in compliance with applicable laws, including obtaining parental consent for students under 16 where required.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific educational outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immerly sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Opole, Poland.
